With nearly fifteen years experience of local missions in the CSRA, we are convinced that from the very beginning God has indicated that the task of practical ministry is impossible for any one part of the community or any one church or group. We must move from being "talk in the sanctuary" to an evangelical "walk in the street".
As an evangelical ministry, we believe the greatest need of our world is the Word of God. We believe the “body of Christ” is every human being who has experienced a biblical salvation by the blood of Jesus Christ. We believe the Bible commands the body to be active, even pro-active for the cause of Christ “as they go” through this world. We believe the body of Christ has the command and the compassion, to address many of the social ills of our society. |
